Fresh Dandelion leaves! I went to the organic markets at Miami this morning (I rocked up late at 10am - sorry I missed you Jen!) and they had huge bunches of freshly picked dandelion greens!!! This is the highlight of my day today! I would have loved to have seen the plant they got from them from - massive! (yes, I'm in herbal heaven) So I bought a heap and have been munching  on them all day. I also bought an absolutely divine living chocolate crackle slice from the living foods cafe there..and scoffed it in record time. laugh

ohyeah  just drank 2 huge glasses of paw-paw and banana smoothie, blended with warm water 'cos it's a cold night.
If you don't put water in, it becomes paw-paw and banana pudding, eat with spoon - yummo!

Celery and bananas with a Cacao cream salsa(Cacao nibs, germinated almonds and honey), an altogether delightful dish inspired by the lovely May and Freedom!

Today I ate watermelon with lemon/lime juice squeezed over it all day! I'm starving now but don't want to eat just before bed. It's not comfy lying down with a belly full!
