lovely basic salad of baby cos, tomatoes and wakame. Delish! I'm finding these simple salads very easy to prepare and delish as well. I'm surprised I'm enjoying it because I was craving something a lot less pure!

Yesterday's salad was so great, i had it again. Lettuce, tomato and wakame. To make it different I added kombu as well! Phnarrr!
