I don't know if this site has been mentioned anywhere before but each exercise (and there are hundreds) has a moving picture to show you what to do.  I think it's just a .gif rather than a movie so minimal download.  Also shows some core strength exercises which were mentioned somewhere recently - Freelea's journal I think.

They also have sign-up available to watch your calorie intake, exercise output and allsorts, though I haven't looked I'm positive it isn't raw.
