this might be a wierd question, but ull have to excuse me coz im very new to this..

Q. If heating/cooking destroys the enzymes in fresh food, does freezing harm/alter the enzymes in any way?
im talking about freezing some fruit for a smoothie or juice.

It's actually a very reasonable question! The only stupid question is one not asked.
Heating above about 40 degrees C actually kills the enzymes in food - freezing slows down or stops the action of these enzymes - the analogy I use is, cooling/freezing is like putting the enzymes to sleep and then when they warm up again (eg when they're in your body) they wake up again. This process can damage them, but not to anywhere near the extent that cooking does. Frozen bananas are soooooooo yum! ohyeah

I have heard that frozen grapes are devine. So my gf says. I dont have any grapes to try so if you get some let me know how it goes.

Yes Banana are delish frozen and if you process them after you have banana ice cream if you put chocolate with it yum yum
