Where does everyone get most of their zinc from on the raw food diet?

I read that phytates in wholegrain, legumes and nuts can lower the zinc levels in these foods when consumed.

So how do you substitute or are there any superfoods that provide these?

I'm not really a big believer in superfoods. I figure if we get enough variety and quality, we cover all bases.

As to zinc. Most fruit and vegetables have some, but these have a significant amount:

Blackberries
Kiwifruit
Peas
Squash
Corn
Sweet potato
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Cashews
Pine nuts
Pecans
Almonds
Walnuts
Brazil nuts

Emi

What a great site.  Was very interested in calcium levels.  Always worry that my children aren't getting enough.  But if they load up on fruit they should get an adequate level.

Thanks
