Ok, finally made it back with the brush info- mine is a Bernard Jensen Products brush, made with tampico fiber- which is: Tampico Fiber is made from a plant unique to the semi-desertic areas of northern Mexico (did a bit of research for you all) so it is vegan- yay! It's really quite rough, but you get used to it.


 I googled Bernard Jensen, and found some interesting info on his website too, if you're interested. My brush was about $18. Not bad I guess, and I just wash it about every two weeks in natural shampoo and leave it in the sun to dry- easy!

I can definitely say I'll be doing it more often too Jen as it gets warmer

Oh, and it is a workout too! I read somewhere that a body brushing session is equivalent to a 30 min aerobic workout!!

Hi Raw fairlady. Just wanted to add that me and my family are moving to Northern New South Wales from Mid Wales(UK) in about 8 months(can't wait) I have been about 80/20 raw for about a year now with a few periods of 100% It works for me right now. My family are prob about 50% raw. Love to you
