Something I want to share:
I always read about the green smoothies or green juices and most of you love. I should do so, too - I always thought. And I tried. But most them tasted ... well ... not too good.

Now, by accidence, I came across the healthful properties of apple vinegar and chose to mix it into my green juices. And now - a miracle for me - I can juice and mix about any juice I want and it tastes great (for me).
The last I did, yesterday, was:
juice of broccoli, alfalfa, apples, cucumber, coriander, parsley, salat, carrots, sellery, lemon
plus apple vinegar

plus 1/2 avocado
plus lots of oil from hemp seeds, olives & thistle
