Hi everyone!

Something I want to share:

I always read about the green smoothies or green juices and most of you love. I should do so, too - I always thought. And I tried. But most them tasted ... well ... not too good. Smiley huh

Now, by accidence, I came across the healthful properties of apple vinegar and chose to mix it into my green juices. And now - a miracle for me - I can juice and mix about any juice I want and it tastes great (for me).

The last I did, yesterday, was:
juice of broccoli, alfalfa, apples, cucumber, coriander, parsley, salat, carrots, sellery, lemon
plus apple vinegar Smiley
plus 1/2 avocado
plus lots of oil from hemp seeds, olives & thistle

bye

Hi Andreas,

Good to see you again! thanks for this information. How are you feeling with the vinegar drinks? Any different? A guy I knew in my hometown was a big fan of good quality apple cider vinegar. He had a teaspoon a day and said he hadn't been sick since he started taking it. whatta guy. I'm not a fan of the taste myself but I've always been interested in it since I spoke to him.

Hi Jennie!

Thanks I am fine with that.

I started this about 4-5 weeks ago. So I really cannot about any long term effects... We will see...

Kind of weird, but I like the sour taste; it 'out-tastes' everythings else... Wink

LOL! Funny man. I've done that with lemon juice in a smoothie that I'd made which wasn't quite what I'd planned. Really gave it a lift! I'm glad you have found what works for you.
