Yum!

2 cups water
150 g baby English spinach (almost a whole Vitamix full)

BLEND!

Then add:
3 nectarines
3 pears

BLEND

Add more water as needed to get a nice consistency (quite a bit actually). I also added a scoop of raw protein powder for a change - it's neat seeing what new products are available in Canada right now. This was one of the smoothest smoothies ever... I think because the pear and nectarnies are so incredibly smooth.

This made about 3.5 large glasses of smoothie and was very filling.

It's not in Australia yet... but we're staying with my parents in Toronto Canada now and there is raw protein powder at the more high end shops like Whole Foods. Whole foods are supermarket sized shops that lean to higher end less processed foods with lots of organic too. Nature's First Law (now Sunfood) sells a raw protein powder, however we haven't been able to bring it to Australia because it has hemp in it (one day I'm sure Australia will change the rule that makes hemp illegal for people to use on anything else than hemp oil on the skin). I'll take a closer look at the one we're using now and see if it might be appropriate.

My mom bought this powder for her.... but is happy to share. I didn't go looking for it.
