Hi, all

I got some success with eating raw a few months ago when I felt more energized and slimmer. I was not too bothered with weight as I felt vitality. A few months later, I started doing something which I don't like too much as a career, but I tried it for experience anyway.

It was a big lesson for me. I found out that I did not like the work very much and was not used to the type of work which was so different from the work I used to do. I got very depressed and became sick, and then got a flu.....

Now I learned that you have got to like what you do, and do it not because what your friends tell you to do, your family tells you to do, etc. It needs a lot of self discipline and determination and clear goal setting, and a strong mind.

When emotional well being is looked after as well as the physical well being, the physical apparatus will serve you in whatever direction you want to take. And there is a lot to learn in the area of emotional health, so much if not less than how to eat well for physical health.

Yes, our emotional health is of vital importance.  I've never been a sickly person but if I really got stressed out to the max I would end up getting the flu.  That happened usually a little while before I quit a job, it was my wake up call.  I loved the work I was in but I used to let people trample all over me so had to move on to new surrounds from time to time.  I was an administrator and it was only ever the girls I worked in the office with who were a problem, the staff we were working for were always really grateful to me because I was so friendly and worked hard for them.  And the students (I worked in schools and a university) used to love me to bits because I loved them.

Sometimes I'm really sad that I had to move on because of the attitudes of the other office staff (only the lazy ones who were jealous that I was appreciated), but I suppose that was my lesson waiting to be learned - that I had to stick up for myself.

I'm pleased for you that you have had your lesson shown to you - and you learned much faster than I did it would seem LOL

Wishing you every happiness in your new career, and in choosing what *you* want to do kiss

Love
