Thanks for enjoying it, i hope that your ChiRunning is progressing, (which i am sure it is!)

I reckon the best way to go is to experiment with smoothies, and add superfoods into the smoothies as well, as well as expereimenting with salads and other raw food concotions (as there are sooo many!) and use organic as much as poss!
Also read a little more about raw food, what a hydrator can do for you... look at recipes and the possibilities that it offers you as well.
We got a hydrator a few months after being raw and it extends a lot of the possibilities that you can enjoy with raw food.
However there are also sooo many different things that you can do with just fresh organic fruit and veggies, sprouted grains etc, etc that sometimnes a hydrator is not necessary straight away...
Read up as much as you can from guys like David Wolfe (in particular the sunfood diet), read the rainbow green live- food cuisine by Gabriel Cousens as well... lots of great info there to help you find facts and helpful interesting insights to the raw food life style.
And congratulations on making a start and starting to experiment with raw food. I am really pleased for you! Above all remember to enjoy, take your time and just like ChiRunning...gradual progress!
