A while ago I was reading a recipe for coffee. Apparently one cup of warm water and 1-2tbs molasses (not raw I know) tastes like coffee. I was looking for something for my father-in-law for a coffee substitute. Anyway this led to me wondering how I could make an ice-coffee recipe.

1 cup of 'coffee'
1 scoop of raw ice-cream (I used almond ice-cream, made out of bananas, avocado and almond butter)
1 large tbs Cashew Cream (cashews, apple juice, drop of vanilla)

You very simply put a scoop of ice-cream into a tall glass, pour over the 'coffee' and put the cream on top. Decorate with a sprinkle of cacao powder.

Yumm!

Edited to add that I put raw choclate sauce around the inside of the glass first.
