Sorry for how long to reply in my journal. I had been ill last week and was getting better until earlier this week I had a wisdom tooth removed. Since then I have been very sick again. Constant headaches, sore throat, clogged up nose, feeling dizzy, massive toothache and this morning very bad breathe. It sucks being sick and having to look after yourself during this time when just the thought of getting up to get something is well you know.

Rudolf it wasn't really a question. It was more of a thought shared for open discussion.
Jen nice insight. I agree there are always two sides to anything. I think what I mean was sometimes people can give up too early as soon as something doesn't go there way.
John I loved your post and it was I think in tune to an insight I had since I last posted. Everything does happen for reason AND I will say the reason we will give to something, anything is often not the real (deeper ) reason.
I think life/God is full of surprises ( to us anyway ) so much so we will never fully comprehend but when life shows up and it not to our liking or to our plan there our bigger and deeper things at play. It is sometimes easier to give up so early with the phase 'Everything happens for a reason ' even though this is true. Sometimes even when things are so hard if we just push our self a little harder or longer we will get what it is we desire.
I love these quotes
'The quality of my life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty I can comfortably live with'
'Frustration means I am about to learn something'
Your stories as to why you can not have something is your fears showing up'
