Ok here are some before and after pics of me, before I began the juice/water fast and results after 15 days...I still have 45 days to go, and going strong...I LOVE IT!!

Ps, the people in these pics are my family, they dont mind being in this post.

Ugh...so hard to post these

and now after 15 days...






I took these pictures about 20 min ago..

I cant wait to see the results of the next 45 days, I feel so good, I can see the weightloss, but not only that, I feel so strong inside, no longer controlled by food and using food as comfort, I FEEL SO FREE.

this is the first time I've posted with you, but I was interested in seeing the photos.....I'm the sort of person who inspired by visual things....ie: photos.  And HOW I'm inspired by seeing you.  That's just FABULOUS.  You would be jumping inside out with the results.  And you're skin.....don't let me go on about that.  And THAT HAIR!!!! Oh, the envy.  kiss

Are you able to supply more info for me, as I only lasted one day on a juice fast, as I was constantly overcome with hunger and feeling lightheaded/faint & sick:

How much water are you drinking a day?
How much juice are you drinking a day?
What sort of juice are you drinking?
Are you eating any solid food at all (yes I know that defeats the purpose but I have to ask)?
Are you still working at job whilst all this is going on?
Have you felt faint or nausea at all (maybe in the early stages)?

I would like to do a juice/water fast one day in the future. I was thinking of going to Hopewood and doing a supervised one.

Wow girl you are STUNNING! You have enthused me to do a juice fast also, i think ill just do 3 days, just as a bit of "body and soul house cleaning"

Thankyou to everyone whom left me a comment, I still have quite a bit of weight to release, but I know it will happen in the next few weeks. that is the exciting part!

yes emily I am loving my license, my new found freedom...so wonderful..let us know how you go with your fast.

KittyKat as Emi said all the info is in my journal, I have kept a daily blog. I think anyone can do an unsupervized fast if they research and prepare properly. But if you have any other Questions let me know.
