Hi all, here are some of my favourite simple recipes I'm enjoying at the moment:

Apple and mac salad

4-5 apples grated
1 tspn organic cinnamon
1 handful sultanas
1 handful macadamia nuts

mix all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy. serves 1! I have this at lunch time all the time and still am not sick of it. It's the only thing that is quick and easy to make that I prefer to eat more than the good old salad sandwiches I am always trying to not have


Orange, coconut and agave

2 large oranges peeled and diced
1-2 Tbpsns organic shredded coconut
1-2 Tbspns agave

Place oranges in bowl, sprinkle coconut on top and drizzle with agave. Great for breakfast or morning tea.


Raw Anzacs

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup desicated coconut
1 Tbspn agave

Grind oats in coffee grinder until fine powder. Place in a bowl and add coconut and stir. Add just enough agave to bind together. Roll into little balls and serve, or just eat with spoon! Not ideal because of the oats, but it hits the spot when I am craving homemade biscuits.
