Everytime I call up the RP page each day I have to sign in even though the "sign in forever" option is checked.

Why is this happening.

Hi Tracey,

The log in forever is cookie based (little files on your computer that remember who you are so you stay logged in). It's possible that you have the cookies disabled, or not allowed. If you enable them for the site you should be fine. I use Internet Explorer and Firefox and manage to stay logged in. Check the help files of your browser to find out how.
