I made this by accident cos there was nothing else around and it was yum

*about half cup goji berries soaked overnight or longer doesnt matter say 50/50 water  never measure them DON"T THROW OUT SOAK WATER*

In a blender throw in :

2 oranges peeled
about 1/2 cup Goji berries plus the soak water*
about a tray ice ice cubes
honey to taste optional

with the assistance of the plunger start to pulse theyou should get a beautifully bright orange yummy concoction mmmmm it was nice

I should have taken a picture to show the colour darn next time! Smiley

I made mine a little differently but inspired by you Alegne!!!

Juice of two oranges with two handfuls (around 1 cup) of goji berries. Soak for around 1/2 an hour or so. Blend with the flesh of four oranges, take a photos and swally that down! Mine's gone now but here's what it looked like

Cheers!

I was just wondering what I was going to do for breakfast tomorrow as the only sweet fruits I have in the house are oranges, limes, gogi berries and dates. Problem solved.
