thanks Garfield

feeling dizzy and weak but decided to go back to exercises, so did my usuall 5 of wide grip pull ups
and in the F1 challenge I set new best of 85 of lying leg rises, douing it the harder way - legs comming below the level of the bench into negative position - which work the abs in stretched position.

so will stick with exercises where I can ly down to it laugh

morning of day 4 of MC.

the weight is down to 62.5kg and the tape measurements around the tummy are down 1 cm.
The skinfold figures are still the same, that is allways my experience, first the weight drops, that the tape figures,
looks like fat is going away first from leags and arms, and from inside of the body, the skin on tummy the last,
oh well.

Day 3 was more active did lots of short explosive exercises, my challenge best of 85 lying leg raises was bettered by F1 himself to 100, so I did 115 this morning.

Received email enewsletter from MC forum, and it contained the info of cayenne being teh active ingredient of healing the joints, so I forced myself to at least few drinks with cayenne. I hate the stuff, I was never eating spicy food in my life even in my high junk food years it was allways no spices, I cant stand indian cooking...

so it is kinda really disquisting for me to force the cayenne thingy, but I am trying.

Did SWF about 1.5 litres, somehow have no desire to do the high volume 4-6 stuff and also I am not exercising while drinking salt, I am still too sleepy and need to deal with SWF, so I can go on with teh daily duties.

Tomorow I have all day seminar in the city 8am-6pm, have to catch 6:30 train, so either I get up 4am for SWF or would have to skip it. I would probably take few lemons jar of honey and bottle of maple with me, and will be making lemonade on the spot, I cant imagine to drag 6 litres with me, but I am not sure yet.

I look better in the mirror so that is good enough reward for me so far, do not have any dramatic detoxing issues to
report so far.

evening of day 4 - huge success, but it is gross, so be warned.

despite succesfull SWF every morning, today during the day I had to go few more times.

than evening I had very umcortable pain in my tummy, ressembling cramps and than pressure building, like the feeling of sudden diarhea.

so much stuff come out, it was like the description in the programm - the mucus substance. Clearly this was something released from the body into the guts, because after SWF only nearly clean water was going out.

I consider this to be huge success and am hoping than so much more would be released.

I am really not into cayenne and am not using it much at all.

also I do not like maple. I had 3 different bottles fropm different manufacturers all of them original Canada and all organic etc.

But the taset is very strange to me it remainds me of those artificial chemicals manufactured as essencies to faked the tase in baking etc - I use to love it as a kid and I use to bake with it too.
maple taste to me the same artificial stuff, like highly processed chemical, the taste or flavour of it feels like does not belong there like it was added on the production line.

I am probably converting back to honey only with occasional mollases, I had mostly honey today, and the success hapened, so I do not see any reason to force the maple.

I had few cravings today, was thinking of chicken meals, fish meals, KFC etc, even about some specific cheese types etc, and than few hours later that success happened.

I would like to believe taht the residues of those food was released in the body and this was giving me the cravings
as it was coming into guts.

Looks like than advice from MC - that craving last only till they are eliminated out is really true, now I know the full meaning of it.

Hope to get similar experiences for the rest of the program.

the first thing after MC I do plan to buy the wheatgrass grown tray from my local organic shop, and to chew it all.

Wow Rudy - that's great! 

(Only on a raw food forum can you mutually celebrate a projectile poo)   laugh

I think the salt water flushes must be integral to the cleanse.  I had nothing like that after 5 days, but I didn't do the salt water flushes.

I didn't find that maple syrup had a chemical taste, but it is a very fragrant syrup, and different in fragrance to honey. More like golden syrup, which was used a lot here in Australia (and still is) for baking.

It also has more depth and intensity to the smell, so that might be it.

You poor thing with the cayenne.  It must be so hard.  I love spices so much, that the cayenne is a joy for me to include.  It would be difficult if you just didn't enjoy the heat or the spice of it.

Do you feel weak after your "cleanse" today.  Lighter?  Happy?

Are you craving greens - is that why you are going to get stuck into the wheatgrass?  Or is that just your transition approach back to solid food?

Hi Giggles,

no I am not craving greens, it is the result of the wheatgrass topic, I always had the idea to get into it, but was not organized yet, but I realized I do not need the juicing mincer, I can just chew on it and spit, and I can buy the growing tray cheaply from organic shop and actully start growing my own in soil, I do not l8ike the idea of wet-water growing it always smells to me like mould.

Sometimes I feel weak, but it also depends on teh amount and intensity of exercise on day before.


Day 5 - no time for SWF, just made 5 liters of honey-lemon lemonade and catch early train. I made the lemonades too much lemon. The temptation was there, every break there were huge tables full of cakes, pastries, of all kind,
so I just run past it to bathroom and back and kept myself focused on talking to people inside the room or to the lecturers.
The day past very quicjkly and was very exiting so the cleansing regime was easy, no time to think of it.
The seminar was the applications of Secret by David Schimmer and was the best seminar I attended in a long while, so I got lots of finetuning hints and some extra knowldege on manifesting and visualising.
David really undesrtand the whole stuff so is able to explain it properly.

Got home after 7 pm had the senna tea and am looking for next 2 days of intense cleansing and possibly some interesting exercise routine

Day 6, morning

still some serious stuff comming out and visible changes on body shape happening.

weight down to 61.5kg,
waiste down to 74cm
skinfold numbers down by 2 mm at each measuring spot around the belly button

 yahh

this morning I started drinking lemonade first, I will do the SWF little bit later in teh morning.

just my intuition for today, I also will try to get back to cayenne.

My knee is still painfull even more sensitive so lets see what will come out out of this

That made me cackle out loud.

I hope not too Rudy, because you can't even have chocolate!  Tongue

Could the cramps just be from the senna tea?  It might be 'movement at the station'. 

It might be relieved by some of the exercises that you mentioned earlier - the cleanse specific ones.  Just a thought.  Maybe even some localised gentle massaging of the area.

be careful with refined sugars and mucus membrane irritants..
cleanses like this work only because we aint eating the food that inspired us to cleanse in the first place.

but as always, what we eat before a fast/cleanse is what we will be eating after...

Hi Rudolf....I've really enjoyed catching up on your journal tonight. I've even had a couple of out loud laughs.

About the Cayenne....do you take the dried powder. Just wondering as i started taking tumeric root cause its surposed to be good for the joints and i hate that too. Now i chop it into bits and swallow it down along with a couple of cloves of garlic.

Oh and did you tell anyone at the seminar waht you were doing?

Sounds like your doing great and i will come back and check up again soon.

Hi Peta,
caynne I use as a powder, it is suposed to be disolved into every lemonade drink.

at the seminar nobody had a cleu what I was doing, it looked like I am just drinking my own drinks, nobody new I was not eating, when there was a stampeed on the cakes and cogffe tables everybody was paying attention only to the cakes, during lunch break it was everybody on their own to the local caffees, KFC, etc, I went to the park took the shoes and socks off lay on the grass on the sun and was meditating, and than put soles on my feet on teh grass and told Universe to take teh toxins via my feet to teh ground.

The seminar was interesting - teh idea is to manifest in teh short future everything in life, and the lecturers explicitly said, that all aspect of live should be created into picture at the same time so the desired health and fitness, relationships, family situations, spirituality, money, business carreer etc everything could be done at the same time, no need to wait till 1 aspect is done and than next.

Thats very interesting, and also logical, as tehre is no limit on anything...

However, it looked to me, that about 80% of people are there just for the money, that they wanna become milionares (nothing wrong with that), but they do not care about their health and fitness.

The lecturere himself achieved in few years milions of $, huge palace as a house all teh cars he wanted - BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, but he is in my view at least 30kg overweight and absolutely at lowest point of fitness scale, and I do not think his health is any good.

So obvoiusly he did not do any imagination and manifesting in this aspect, probably not in his values system.

and so majority of the seminar attendees fail in this category too, - the law of attraction - the likes getting together
so I did not feel there completely like fitting in, but I was there to learn some additional nuances of teh techniques and thats what I focused on.

day 7, morning - the same weight and measurement figures, did some drinks before starting SWF.

last afternon I decide to go for walk and did 4 km and felt increas3ed energy, so few hours later went again so accumulated 2 x 4 km for day 6.

this morning at 6am went again, 4km, and rode a bicycle to school with my son.

Now I am drinking the salt water and plan to spend day working with frequent short exrecises breakes and few more walks and bike rides.

I feel like the toxins released from lower abdomen really changed my energy level, I can focus now more and see everything more clearly.

day 9, I skipped the SWF today, weight at 61.0kg, today finaly drop of fat thickness on the tummy as measured by caliper skinfold.

In 1 week of MC I droped 3kg : 64.0 - 61.0 kg,

and tape around waist drop of 5 cm : 78 - 73 cm

 yahh

and it is visible in teh mirror. ohyeah

My energy level is picking up, my gues is that most of the toxins are out, and also most of microbial stuff is out
and flushed by SWF.

I am getting the first sign of hunger, so I might to cut it at 10 days as that is teh standard lenght of MC.

In my view the use of maple is highly overrrated, I use it maybe only 20% of drinks, and the majority of calories came from honey. The MC is caring people off honey, claiming that using it will not allowe the loss of fat, which is clearly not the case, I allways loose quickly a lot, when I do cleansing or fasting with honey lemon support.

I basicaly also stoped using teh cayenne, so am back to my proven method of lemon-honey, I drink the senna tea as laxative,
but started to drink green tea as well, as the taset of water is not that good, I reckon there are some mineralls - micronutrient in green tea, which helps with detox process, the green tea is also against the official MC protocol.

I am thinkink of stating to drink chlorophyle - to blend some garden weeds with water and drink just the green juice from it.

we had some very hot days lately I am getting dark suntan, was kayaking yesterday - Lillydale lake.

I believe God created humans with riped 6 pack and nearly zero fat and paper thin skin, so I take it as my spritual
duty to help God to recreate such a body
