I was inspired by one of the salad threads so I thought Id try putting some seaweed in a savoury smoothie. Cos I put corn in as well it totally tasted like tuna mornay!

I put in...

corn
seaweed
tomato
celery
cos lettuce

You know what, I reckon you could even make a tuna-mornay-esque salad with macadamias in it also. Or blend macadamias with tomato and seaweed and pour over the cut up vegies including the corn.

Whoa!

I was just re-reading the 'inspire me with salads' thread and I realised that this is so similar to the recipe Karen posted. Sorry to repeat everyone - and thanks Karen!
