I've been switching my dogs over to raw for about 4 days now and last night one of them did the funniest thing.  He was sleeping peacefully and I could tell he was dreaming because his paws were twitching like crazy.  Then suddenly, for the first time in his entire 4 years, he howled.  It was the most perfect, beautiful, wolf-like howl I'd ever heard.  Then he snapped awake and his head shot up and he was looking at me like "What the heck was that??"
My man replied "It's all that raw meat...he's going back to his roots."

He's a shepard/bloodhound mix from our local shelter.  The other dog is a keshond/lab mix from a different local shelter.

watermelon and banana :-) ...

the dogs by us eat plenty of all organic bananas - avos and raw zucchini (spiralized) - raw organic bones - all greens + garlic but still some amount (am cutting down) of good quality Basmati rice and some boiled snapper...

from time to time they have spirulina, miso and other superfooods like hemp seeds (when avialable)

i let them fast once at week and make sure they have not thicks and fleas with runs on the beach, showers and tea tree oil!
