go cosmetic free
salt free
cooked free
animal product free
perfume free
hydrate from the inside out..
sufficient sun exposure..not burning..burning anything aint good..
fitness activities..like running, walking, wheelchair sports, weights, yoga, pushups etc..anything that gets your blood pumping..
cold water showers with filtered water..

80/10/10? nah..id go even say lower fat than that..cos ive seen it with 811ers that have some rancid nuts..the skin gets affected..811 is the mainstream ratios..you want even better skin..go further..

The best looking skin I have ever had was in August & September of 1991. I got sooooo many beautiful and positive comments from family, friends, lovers, workmates and even strangers.

Shock horror - during that time period I was a big meat eater, a big cigarette smoker and a big alcohol drinker.

I was living in Darwin and because of the humidity I was drinking literally litres of (tap) water everyday all through July, August & September.

When I returned to the UK in late September 1991, I stopped consuming the daily water and the nice comments soon stopped after that.

So maybe water hydration is the main key to good looking skin.

I know. But it was fun whilst it lasted. I look back on my 1990/1991 working backpacking holiday visa in Australia with very fond memories, even if I was drunk for a large percentage of that time!

i see plenty of people look'n good, performing well IN SPITE of what they do...i just wonder how good they would be if they did all the right things..

i know people that run marathons in tennis shoes....but everyone knows they would run better in running shoes..
