right now my fav is ardha chandrasana or half moon pose.  it changes a lot, but this is so juicy for me right now.  yum.  <3

oh i love this one....i enjoy it on one side more than the other,lol

i love shoulder stand, and downward dog..(esp with someone pulling back with their full weight,on my hips,what an awesome stretch...)

my most favourite sequence are t5t's....

cobra should be stretching abs- all of them - higher and lower abs, plus the upper part of thights and front of hip joint.


lower back is squeezed, not stretched  uhuh

Yes, I just mean that most ppl spend too much of their day hunching forward and my physio told me this pose as it makes you push your shoulders back and push you back the other way.

I have to do some yoga poses and because I am an older woman to prevent alzheimer it is recomended to do the
Bhumi Pada Mastakasana  (half head stand)
 uhuh laugh
or better
Sirshasana (head stand pose) laugh

great topic, I love down dog and my fav. sequence is sun salutations, we do not have a yoga teacher my town so I rely on books need advice on a good DVD to purchase local gym offers a body balance class which I attend and love contains Tai Chi, pilates and yoga better than nothing eh!  ohyeah
