Read carefully... the process used to make shellac is YUCKY! Do you really want to eat a ground up bug by product? If not... choose organic!

Edible shellac is used to coat apples, celery and many other types of produce. It's also on most chocolate covered almonds.

There are just so many reasons to choose organic aren't there?
