Ah yes, but Yogananda is an adept when it comes to a swift "mike stand up the jaxie!"

LOL... He would look mighty mighty in Slash's hat though with his flowing locks! That's a very special hat. Slash stole it. (He was a kleptomaniac) just before Gunners first concert or film clip. I can't remember which. I think it was the film clip. He wanted it so he could hide his face but still see what he was doing. Then someone stole it from him and now he has many of them which I'm assuming he paid for.

Yogananda would have just pulled them out of thin air or manifested them somehow. Go Yogananda! He's my guru. One of them. Can we have more than one?

A much better day today. I set my trusty alarm for 6am. Then hit sleep a few times until I got out of bed at 6.30. Was out with Bella walking away and really enjoying myself pretty quickly. Very brisk out there this morning though. I was chatting to a few people that I've not seen since I stopped walking months ago and "brass monkeys" were mentioned more than once by varying members of the community! LOL

After an early night last night as well as the previous two nights I felt a lot calmer today. I was still very adrenal. Got that buzz close to midday but had loads of greens in my lunch and did some breathing and calming stuff.

Then *shock*! My mother called. I think it's the second time she has called since our big bust up in 2006 but it was a really nice call and not negative in any way. *Happy!*

Caitlyn and Brock have been a little disinterested in their juice lately. I had a brainwave. This morning i went and bought some mineral water in glass bottles. Then I played around and created some new labels for them and the kids will get a shock in the morning when they are greeted with little glass bottles chock full of juice with their new favourite kitchen toy (the bottle stoppers I bought on Friday) with their own labels on! I'm so excited about it. I'm going to throw them together a few times  a week so they never know which label they will get in the morning! Fun. Here's the labels I made...

I hope they love them! I didn't take the photos or create the stop sign. I got them off google images.

Have a great night peoples. or day... depending on when you read this.

Hi Jen,

I had a lovely dream last night that you had come to the UK and I was showing you the sights! You'd be very welcome here if you ever feel like venturing to our (very) damp green pastures.

I love the labels - they're brilliant. Look forward to hearing about B's and C's reactions.

Much love,

The onion bread looks great, it appears to be flexible so that it can bend, mine are stiff may be i am drying them too much?
Will try to photo them tonight and post.  What is the 'white stuff'?
What a good idea for the kids, very creative, did they like it as well?  Evenif they did not it is still brilliant -

Goji I would luuuuuuuuurve to come to the UK and meet you and Shazzie and many others! It would be wonderful to come over and see you and your little one. Thank you so much for the compliment. Same goes for you Miss BerryBliss! Mwah...

RGG, I am glad that I am easing back into it. Got out of bed feeling like... painful today! Muscles not used to moving! So I've been rebounding and gently stretching all day today. Tomozz... boike roide! Look out... lol.

Hey Frangi, the white stuff is cashew cheeze. 2 cups of cashews, juice of two lemons, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste. Delish. I make a batch of it every few days. Bill has it on crackers, we have it on pizza, rawsagne. It's just a great thing to have around. It thickens on standing so I've learned to get it out of the blender fast! You can increase the flavourings and add more water and have it in a squeezy bottle too if you are going to a picnic.

I've not gotten the chance to use the labels yet. I've not got enough bottles for them and wouldn't you know? They are all of a sudden loving their juice again! Tee hee. I like to think that because I've spent some time imagining them loving their juice that I've created it but I think that would be a tad egotistical! I'm sure they are just going in and out of phases.

I'm loving my sun tea!  heart

I put a whole bunch of spearmint in a two litre jar yesterday, covered it with water and put it on the roof. Then I forgot it until just now. I've poured myself a cup and it's divine! A completely different drink to when I just throw it in  a teapot and put boiling water in it. The water is different. Fuller. It's like filtered water compared to tap water. just nicer.

Day two of the challenge today. Awesome. I'm 2% down! LOL. All raw but more nuts today. Yummo. Tonight though I'll be having a great big salad and maybe a rawsagne as well. Delish!

Another early night last night and an early morning. Feeling much better. No adrenal buzzy buzzy's today. Faaaabulous.

Have a great day/night all.

Hey Jungle. I'd love to catch up! That would be phenomenal. I think you are a friend of Swami's too yes? Perhaps we could all catch up together and save you some time. I'd love to see Swami too. I have a pot luck at my house on Saturday... I don't know if you could make that but you would be more than welcome.

Hi Neet! No bath for me although I had good, nay GREAT intentions! By the time dinners were done and kids were put to beds it was too late. I just wanted to collapse and collapse I did!

Only to be woken at midnight by a vomiting Brock. Poor wee bugger was varminting until the wee hours of the morning. He's full of beans today but not interested in eating at all. Lots of hugs for the laddy. I hope Caitlyn managed to not get it though. I would loathe to miss the picnic this Sunday due to vaminting kiddies. Sad

They will of course be healthy. They know Sacha will be there so will be looking forward to it. Also Caitlyn has decided that Freelea is the best thing since sliced bread so is looking forward to going too! Not that sliced bread is hard to beat... how about the best thing  since organic fruit! Better.

Well, have a delicious and fun weekend all. I'm off!

Hope you drummed up a good storm you funny bugger.

OMGoodness! We have just had the best weekend! We left here at around 2pm on Friday and headed toward Byron stopping at Tropical Fruit World on the way for jack fruit. They only had one left. A 17kg beauty which they said would not be ripe for a week. Dammit! i wanted it for the picnic but took it anyhow. For the pot luck which I will be having here next. Yummmmm! Anyone want to come eat Jackfruit with us? LOL.

Then we stopped at Santos in Byron for sultanas, dates, raw honey, and bulk almonds which was great. Finally we headed for our final destination... our hotel. It was, for us, the best place we have stayed. Spacious living areas, nice kitchen, great complex. Just loved it. Games room, gym, pool with spa and sauna which delighted the kids to no end. Short walk to the beach and not far to drive into town.

We quickly unpacked and went to the pool. I took my book as was not in a swimming mood and stretched out on a banana lounge. I rested the book for a moment to check on the kids and as I was raising the book again I did a double take as I saw my feet... I had on odd shoes! LOL. One very old shabby runner which i only use for around the house and the other a good runner for casual wear and running. LOL. That had me laughing all weekend. Tee hee.

Saturday was rest day. I didn't do much at all which was the plan and then Sunday was picnic day. We packed in the morning and went to the lighthouse and then to the picnic.

While in the car we got to listen to Grant Hackett's race and my heart bled for him that he came second. I saw him last night say the under statement of the year "Geez it would have been nice to win it". Hugs Grant.... Pffft. Who wouldn't want to hug that? Anyhoo... I got to watch quite a lot of events and loved it.

As a part of my raw eating I've found that not only am I enjoying vigorous physical activity for myself, I'm also appreciating watching others and their efforts. I've never cared to watch the Olympics before but am loving it this time around. Awesome!

The picnic in the afternoon at Brunswick heads was amazing. We had a great turnout with loads of people and delicious food. I had lots of salads and great conversations. So many more people to love and learn from/with. Thank you Miss Bliss for organising it!

I'd better get some work done.
