Annette....I'm trying to be as gentle as I possibly can with you...

So If I sound harsh please take a step back and think about the motives (mine).

You are sick of the mental abuse....

I really dunno how to handle this...but I can assure you beyond any shadow of a doubt that I have endured more mental abuse than most. Even recently a friend of mine I had not seen for years remarked to me "I really dunno how you handled that (x) time...I've never seen anyone go through as much * as you"...and that has been said a few times to me over my life.

My point Annette is I understand mental abuse and being dealt crap...I understand it intimately.

The "mental abuse" will stop when you want it too.

When you decide you have had enough of it...when YOU decide to remove it's power over you.

You are not going to wake up one morning and by some "miracle" it all goes away. It doesn't work that way. YOU have to take responsibility.

YOU!!!!

If you make that decision be prepared to be tested...because you WILL be....then walk straight through it.

You are way stronger than you think you are.

I could go on...but enough fer now...

John, today is that day, that I make a stance.  The universe has dealt me many situations similar to this and I still keep dancing the same dance and today it stops.

I am sorry to hear of your pain but I am sure it has made you the person you are today.

Me and Rudy and Annette standing on the edge of a cliff....

Rudy has his new ACME Aluminium foil anti-negative-vibe shield helmet on...I'm having a cold beer...we look down and here's these huge Great White sharks swimming in the ocean below the 300 foot drop.

I wave to Cyril and Eugene (great white sharks) and Rudy and I take Annettes hands...a crowd gathers behind us and Annette wonders if Rudy and i are having an acid flashback...as we launch off the cliff....

The thing is...a sense of humour is hard to convey on here...and sometimes we all take ourselves wayyyy to seriously...

And sometimes when and if we face our fears they become paper tigers.


And there's something very special about you Jen...I can feel it in your voice when we have spoken. There is a strength in your voice...maybe you haven't fully met your own strength yet....but...you will....you will...

I am just hoping, that this clown from Who Dares Wins, will not turn up with the camera and ask me to go cliff jumping with John and Annette.

I might have already told her or nor ?

but she is one of the angels in human bodies, I have the picture too about her,

I can see the hotbaloon tight up to ground by ropes and loaded with sand bags, and she is inside the basket slowly
undoing 1 rope at a time, kicking out 1 sandbag at a time having a rest and so on, but 1 day the baloon will rise
into the sky and she will let her full angelness shine, not blocked by any human crap any more.

Rudy, just some pointers. Sometimes it is easier to see things from the outer than the inner. I am trying to work out this thing by myself.... there may  be some insights that I would prefer to hear quietly if you get my meaning.

Right now though I am about to go and make an apple cobbler for Bill, Stine and myself. Yummmmm!
