This weekend was amazing.  I feel like a new woman I am a new woman  laugh

I've been having NSA treatments once a week for the last few months, and yesterday we had a "transform and awaken day" where I/we had 3 entrainments in the one day.....plus  numerous SRI (breathing techniques) sesssons, yoga etc etc.

I also had a seperate voice dialogue session which helped to clear up a why I'm blocking myself regarding my business, abundance, etc.  So another energetic shift, a new perspective.  I feel so good, so clear.

Last week I was feeling needy - I wanted to be part of a relationship, live with a partner again, have the comfort and security of having someone permanent in my life.  Part of the reason for that I think is that I wouldn't have to follow my goals......that I would have an excuse not to.   rolleyes   An important part of my being single right now is to follow my bliss.   And this weekend I have realised remembered that I am complete and happy within myself - a loving partner would be a bonus but not a necessity.  (I always knew this, but need the program re-installed in my brain LOL).  And when the time comes for another relationship I'll embrace it with open arms...until then I'm happy as I am.

I've been up since 3am, and I just want to sit and *sigh* a lot - such a gentle way to release energy.

Blessings to all,
heart heart heart

Such an interesting week I've had...I thought I was ready to let go of some belief systems that are not so good for me, but no way was that happening, instead I hung onto them like a small child clinging to their mother.   rolleyes

Yesterday I happened to pick up a book that explained exactly how to change these beliefs - but there's one catch.  I have to actually DO it...not just read about it LOL.  So last night with the beautiful rain pouring on the roof I lay awake in the darkness and examined my life from a new perspective.  And when I did sleep I had the most intriging dreams, and the follow-on from that has been an amazing creative process that fills me with joy.

I've been stuck in a few areas of my life, had plenty of options but nothing that really grabbed me.  Now I am inspired, I can see and feel my new directions and I can't wipe the smile off my face.  Finally this feels right....and my friends wonder why I've been dragging my feet on these projects.

A few weeks ago I was talking with 2 women and one asked me what my goals were.  I trotted out the same story I've had for about a year, which my ex b/f had shared also.  When I finished the other woman said "did you know you were frowning the whole time, is this really what you want?" Hmmm, not any more, so I let it go and created the space for my new goals to materialise.

So today will be spent cleaning up and reorganising my workspace, firing up the cauldren and my imagination together ~ something sacred is about to be born.

You are inspired? That's awesome. But you know you are inspiring as well. Must have been as good a book as your friend is a good friend.

But you know, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped and so as good as the book or your friend are, they would have been useless if you had not listened.

I had such a big breakthrough this morning ~ I've realised why I'm stuck with my business....yeah me!!

OMG, it is such a relief to recognise this.  Belief systems are so strong, but so easy to change.

going out for a raw dinner tonight, gotta go   yahh

My body is releasing so much today, physically and emotionally - I want to stay snuggled up all safe and warm in a soft coccoon.  I burst into tears this morning because I finally asked my friend for a massage, I always seem to be giving, and now I'm creating more space to receive.

The last few days have been about nurturing....or rather, my lack of self nurturing.  I care for my loved ones freely and willingly. and the weight of this on my shoulders is getting too heavy.  There's lots of nurturing available to me, but I need to find it in myself first.  Then I can accept it freely from others, without neediness.

I also have a deep seated belief that I'm not attractive, never was, never will be.......there's a lot of pain there, running soooo deep from thoughtless comments, rejection etc.   And yet during a late night phone conversation last night the special man in my life described me in the most glowing, loving words I've ever heard.  So I'd better start believing what he said, coz there's more where that came from.   kissnblush

And a friend called me a "remarkable woman" this week - not too sure what that means, but I was chuffed anyway LOL.

Gosh Sanga, you ARE remarkable! I've not met someone so loving and giving in an age! You have become very special to me in such a short amount of time and I find you attractive in many ways. If I were not married... and into women I would definitely go there!

Tonight I had my first practice session with a great bunch of girls - we've formed a women only drumming troupe ohyeah

Tomorrow I meet up with a dear friend that I haven't seen for a year or two.  He's really sweet, and helped me through some difficult times.  We keep in touch with the occasional email and phone call, but he called me last week and begged to see me, saying he really missed me, awww.  And he gives sensational hugs.  Thinking about that I have something planned for every day this week to make my heart sing...nice.

Sending my resume off to a few places tomorrow.....should be putting the finishing touches to it tonight but have become hooked on youtube instead.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLzQeN98Yg4&feature=relatedI have soooo much energy.........must be the couple of heads of broccoli I downed earlier LOL.

Still winter, still raw, still loving it.

Full moon tomorrow -yippee.  I read through the info my astrologer sent me, and 'self nurturing' is mentioned - a lot LOL.  And so is being very organised :-))

And I have THE funkiest pants to wear to Melbourne.  I was going to wear jeans and boots , but these pants are soooo comfortable - they're like fisherman pants made out of a fuzzy blanket LOL.  Think I'll have to get me another pair.

cold weather?   HA! I laugh at cold weather  (as long as it' not too cold  hehe)

This week I investigated a few paid work options. . . . . nothing.  Oh the jobs are out there, but I'd have to compromise myself and my beliefs to work in these situations.  And I've seen lots of jobs for food companies, but they promote foods I no longer eat, and I don't want to be a part of that.

One lady told me I was in the wrong industry LOL.  I guess she didn't like it when I challenged her, I told her flat out that I didn't work with dangerous chemicals.  I read a report years ago that said beauty therapists had one of the highest rates of ovarian cancer.  I had to leave the last salon I worked in because I became allergic to something.....don't know what exactly, maybe the boss heehee.

There's a niche out there with my name on it, and I feel so calm and clear about pursuing this avenue ~ this is what makes my heart sing.  I had a consult today with a fellow practioner and she made up a magical remedy for me, it's spot on, just what I need now.

I'm loving the energy right now, the moonlight was shining in my bedroom window at the exact time of the full moon. . . .magical times ahead LOL.  I even wrote a poem last night, it's for a special person so I won't post it here, but I must say it was pretty good, and very well received *Purr Purr*

I had 2 clients this morning, we were talking about RP, and I gave a "green smoothie lecture" after their treatments, both women were very interested and inspired.

Jen, you may be getting a call from one of them.

I'll still keep up my version of natural beauty work and combine that with natural health, my remedies and raw food talks/prep.
Yesterday during my consult it came through quite clearly the path I'm to take, re-formulate some products and forge a new direction....typical aries stuff.  Simple really LOL.

Jungle, I've been following your posts, was thinking of you the other day.  will pm you
A magical inspiration ~ I like that.  So are you my love, so are you.

I'll have to post a photo of the furry pants, my clients think they'd be okay as pyjama pants, but advised me against wearing them the first time I meet my new friends down south - they said there was a danger my friends would pretend not to recognise me.   rofl  I think they're just jealous  laugh
