As I mentioned in my journal, I followed the link from F1 forum to these 2 websites :

http://www.cleansingorsurgery.com/cleansingorsurgeryinfo.htm

http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/

and decided it is time for it.

Over the year I had various sysmptoms matching those suggesting the stones present
and when asking for teh eyesight to be fully restored, I was hearing the answer - clean Your liver.

Only now I realize, that liver actually forms the stones as well and lots of stones in gal bladder are actualy formed in liver and just droped down.

My understanding of the cleaning procedure is this :

let liver and gal bladder completely rest for few hours or days, completely to go to sleep to inactioan as far as fat metabolism goes, so absolutely no fat or protein meals.

This is achieved via fasting or juicing or eating only fruits and nonfat vegs.

The stones are prepared to easy expulsion by few means

- firstly they are softened by eating apples or drinking fresh AJ
- the piping is relaxed and diluted by some chemicals often Epsom salt
- the stones edges are softened, teh sharpnes taken out by drinking lemon juice or grapefruit juice

the apple phase can be about 3 days, the Epsom Salt about 1 hour before and the lemon is taken actualy with the flush activator.

The actual flush is achived by significantly irritating and waking up the Liver - Gal Baldder by eating huge fat food, in the proper flush is done by drinking olive oil, various protocols have differing amounts.

Old rel;igions did this regularly by proptocols of fasting and eating fatty meal first after fast,

Ramadam is special by fasting all day and than have fatty meal at night and repeated 40 times, would be intersting to have statistics about galbladder surgeries for people practicing this regularly in Islam countries.

Anyway I was thinking that when raw vegan are for days or weeks on raw fruit and than suddenly they follow cravings for fatty food, often junk, it is perhaps the body way of asking for flush of stonnes, what these people describe how they feel the night and day after their "failure" is very similar to the clean stone flush effect, so who knows.

Anyway so today is day 1 of preparation, eating only fruit, cherries, rockmelon, mangoes and oranges
and it was SWF in the morning.

I am planning on doing this for about 3 days, SWF and fruit, that follow about 3 days with appless only and AJ
abnd that do teh flush on day 6 or 7 or about.

Have no dicided yet on olive oil amount and what brand etc.

If there are any experienced stones droppers, please can You give here YOur experience and advice on best oil to use available in australia without any ordering hassless ?

Much appreciated.

I hoping to get rid of lots of stones and collect them, so will post photos of them.

Plan is to do another one at the end of FEB and than mid MAR

If neccessary will repeat the process in MAY-JUNE.

Hi there Rudy smiley

I've done about 4 or 5 gallbladder flushes in the past in the hope of dissolving/expelling gallstones.

The first flush I fasted on lemon juice for 3 days beforehand and took magnesium then lemon juice and oil on the day. For the other flushes I did David Jubbs protocol, having raw veggie soups everyday and taking malic acid and super phosphate 30 for 5 days previously.  I also used castor oil packs with a hot water bottle everyday. I took magnesium oxide the night before to empty the bowel and on the day epsom salts and some cholagogue/choleretic herbs 1-2 hours before drinking 300ml of lemon juice and 300 ml of cold pressed organic olive oil.  Yum!!

I'm skeptical about whether whole stones are ever evacuated from the body during the flushes and I personally believe that most or all of the stones are soap stones.  However I do think that the flush is great for getting bile flowing and this can help dissolve stones.  Because of the increased bile flow I had relief from chronic constipation after doing the flushes.  I'm pretty sure I still have my gallstones though.

If I ever do another flush I will just use mag oxide instead of epsom salts, bleergh! uhuh

OK so sunday was day 2 of preparation, SWF was dragging all morning, but I felt empty.

The fruit eaten afternoon seems to be irritating on washed tummy, felt bloated again , discomfort etc, so decide evening to boiled some vegs in big pot of water - savoy cabbage, leak, parshnip, broccoli, and eat the vegs and drunk water from it, it was soooo goood.
Woke up midninght so hungry and wanted something juice so took 2 big mangoes from winecooler and had midninght snack still half sleepy and finished it off with 1 fuji apple.

This morning on day 3 I first hydrated, so had plenty of water with lemon and honey and did some hard exercises - surprized myself with huige PB at cable pull machine for upper back, really increased endurance at high resistance.

Did the SWF no 3 after that, and than had 2 toast of white bread really dry toasted with my own tomatoes ( taste so great) and cucmber, and later had some of the vegs soup. Tumy feels great, so i aplanning later to had fruit, perhaps orangees, appricots and mangoes again and slowly getting ready for the apples only days.

SWF no4 very early morning and than did some serius demanding exercises setting new PB's,

seems to me that doing daily SWF really improves strenght and endurance.

evening went to masters athletics and got talking to 1 lady, who as it turned out was suffering with various probs and was ultrasound diagnosed with stones in GB and is pressured by docs to surgery - GB removal, she is not keen on it and already has a book on GB flushes so I was telling her about my preparation and my plans, unfortunately she is not internet conected, otherwise she would straight here on this forum as she is desperately trying to beat her allergies with natural nutrition.

I hope I will be able to show her my stones next week and encourage her to drop the stones naturaly without succumbing to maniacal body cutters clan.

Rudy,

Do you think there is an alternative to the SWF?  Not, with regard to your liver/gall bladder cleanse, but specifically as a way to flush toxins that are set loose by a fast?

An SWF is so dependent on being close to the bathroom, for sometimes an extended period of time, which is not always practical.

What about using chia?  Or is that just very wishful thinking?  laugh

Any other thoughts?

Rowdy

I'm cleansing at the moment (the Master Cleanse/Lemon Detox) and decided to avoid the SWF this morning as I had a morning client and was concerned about rushing to the bathroom! So I took my herbal laxative last night as the programme dictates and also this morning instead of the SWF. That did allow me to take control of the situation. I found that on days 1 and 2 I needed to be very close to the bathroom, simply from following the instructions! So, I halved the hebal laxative dose and that was much better for me. As with all things, our bodies will vary, and I'm much happier on a smaller dose. The laxative I'm using is Blooms Herbalax. A SWF is better if you can do it....but on days where you can't, I think this is a good alternative. Stanley Burroughs recommends this as an alternative and it does work!

Thanks Love Spirit.

In my head, there is a distinct difference between the "function" of the senna pods or other herbal laxative and the salt water flush.

My instinct is that one stirs up the sediment (gets it moving), and the other is the broom.  This is my understanding only, and I could be very wrong.

I need a longer term solution, as it would be a stretch of quite a few days where a SWF is just not possible.

So, I suppose I was looking for an alternative "broom".   :laugh

I understand what you're saying....but you can still do this for a few days if you need to...and you can drink lots of water with it to help flush.....

I know the SWF is supposed to be better for you but I haven't personally found any real difference in the effect, other than that all-important control! ;-)

I did MC about 2 months ago, there might be some jurnal left from it.

I was drinking laxative as suggested evening, and still doing the SWF morning.

Personaly I reckon teh SWF is superior, and the laxative is only partial replacement.

While laxative makes sure the BM every daqy or few times a day, which gets out most of teh fat and toxins, it is not the same effect as SWF, for few reasons :

SWF if completed should result in nearly clean water comming out so teh slean up is complete

SWF creates the reverse osmosis situation in the guts, meaning the salts concentration is much higher than in the body, this foces teh water from body to flow into the interstines through the guts walls - this is exactly the effect we want - those capilaries in teh guts walls would get water flow in oposite direction as any other time which is flushing this capilaries back to intestines blowing back whatever is stuck there whatever is blocking the walls etc,
So it is this effect of SWF we are after, cleaning the walls not only on the surface but the whole wall structures inside the walls, this is where lots of toxins will come out, where the left overs from food perhaps rotting etc, where the microrganisms are traped etc, and this cleanout should result in having much more efficient nutrients absorbption - so the ability of more efficient digestion and the sustainability on lower food volume.

After proper SWF I allways feel dehydrated.

The whole SWF can be done in 2 hours so it is a matter of getting up early, but sometimes I just cant organize myself so either skip it or will move it to late morning - afternoon and will just drink honey water to keep energy comming but no food, so there is nothing there in a way to do SWF.

On a MC regime with no solid food and only teh lemode, in my view there is no reason why the SWF could not be done evening etc, this also applys to fasting or juicing detoxes.

The only prob is where the solid food is eaten.

Today I did skip the SWF, as I wanted to go for long run first, but my body showed me clearly I am getting into overtyaraining and so no running or anything happened, but also no SWF, but I guess 1 days rest from SWF is OK.

thanks Goddess.

so it is full on.

after SWF this morning, drinking later honey lemon water, and chewing on lots of appless (spitting fibres),

and after some serious exercising with weights as well as 4km trail run, the FLUSH is ON.

6pm I had my first glass of Epsom salt - warm water and 1 tablespoon of Epsom.

protocol is :

second glass of Epsom salt 8pm

10pm 1 cup of olive oil and 1 cup of grapefruit juice. I have not decided yet if I try to mix it and create emulsion or if I drink it from separate glassess, people do it in various ways.

This protocol says straight to bed 10pm and be on my back all night with head elevated on pillows and was also suggesting sleeping pills - idiots.

Another protocol suggest ltying on the right side with pilow under the hip ? I let my intuition to guide me, sometimes this pilow3s here and there reads like instruction manual from Kamasutra  laugh

I should stay in bed till 6am, have 3rd cup of Epsom salt, back to bed, 8 am 4th and last cup of Epsom salt and it says if desired have half a cup of oil grapefruit juice 10am to get more stones out, again let the intuition be the guide.

I hoping to have lots of stones out tomorow and get some pics of them here. yahh

so no pics as there was not a lots of stones.

basicaly I recovered only 3 smallish ones size of a chickpea or a small bean.

very soft, with green coating.

As explained in the curezone.com, most stones are not really stones no calcificates there are just clunggs of fat-cholesterol with bile coating.

So thats what I have got out, but only 3, the website said You need to get at least 200 of them and in repeated flushes to get altogether about 2000 of them.

Hm, so I am either extremely clean already, or the protocol I picked and teh way I executed it was not very efficient

There were some very small pieces and also some sharp looking small - 1 mm very dark shine completely black stuff - lots of it, something like this was again described on the curezone.com. the author saying once he got the cleaning going, he was discharging this black pieces for 8 months every day - hm ?

Conclusion - I got 3 significant pieces out appart of other small stuff, and that makes me happy and it makes it all wort it, any of them could have blocked some tiny piping somewhere and was burden to my liver.

I proved myself, that the system is working, that it is no big deal, there was no real discomfort etc.

Sop I am keen repeating this all over perhaps every 2-3 weeks, being flexible with timing to fit my sport activities etc.

The curezone also says, that the kidney cleaning-flushes need to be done first, I have so far no idea, what that is, so will have a look at it and perhaps do 1 of those first before doing second liver flush.

The magmesium in Epsom salt was really relaxing all muscles it was feeling like various minicramps were released, it was very warm and very pleasant feeling, the relax of external muscless as well as muscles inside trhe tummy, just great, as I drank the oil and jump to bed within minutes I was so relaxed, so was counting my heart rate - the pulse was very strong and quite slow - and very regular each minute exactly 49.

While I used to have under 40 decades back when doing marathons, last few years I was comming down first under 60 than down to about 53, so the number 49 was a surprize, am not sure it was result of magnesium or better fitness as i did not check it kast few months.

Morning the body was probably bit stressed fron\m doing teh flush I felt tired and bit dizzy and the HR was 57, showing something was going on inside.

I strongly recomend this LGBF to everybody in my view there is a need to have a go and check how much is there thats need to be cleaned out and teh process itself is being part of conecting with own body.

The curezone also says, since majority of stones are fat-cholesterol they would never show up on Xray etc, so usuall medical checkup would not show if there is any of those in liver and gallbladder what is visible that is already calcified.
