last night went to masters athletics.
walked massive PB by 25 secs for 1500m walk.
this was despite being tired from previous few days of hard exercises and new exrecising system trials,
and not having enough time for warm up, so was still stiff and enrgy system were not fired up.
The walk of course knocked me down and stiffen leg muscles, but few minutes later I did run 800m and few minutes later 400m and was only 2 secs resp 1 sec slower than my PB's.
So my new liver is really working beautifully, delivering the energy for muscles, and allowing fstare recoveries.
This is sooo goood
