The last few days I have been really focusing on projecting what my inner self is feeling and wanting to express in the form of my outer body.

The focus at the moment is my hair.... I know this sounds really silly.  At the moment I am feeling elegant, sophisticated and sexy.  I my gosh what happened to the old me...hee hee. So I am trying to find a hair style, cut look that reflects this.  I feel my current hair style doesn't reflect this.  I feel like it is no longer me.

At the moment I have mid length, really curly hair.  When I straighten my hair I feel more sexy.  I am not sure, if the hair thing is just a representation of the inner transformation that I am going through and isn't the real issue that I need to deal with.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Totally!

It is compeltely normal, you know ;-)

I have lovely long thick goddessy hair that I've been growing for years............and I've been having these intense urges to cut it all off short to feel ultra clean and light and free - to reflect the inner me! I've resisted the urge so far - I would need to be really sure about it. Still, it's fun thinking about it!

You are definitely in a good space if you are having these urges, Annette. Be proud!

These feelings are powerfully symbolic of the work you've done on yourself and how much you've grown!  ohyeah

Thanks love Spirit.  I am feeling really positive about myself at the moment.

I have had huge urges to cut it off too, but I know I would regret it, have done so in the past.  I was thinking after I wrote the post that I am lucky to have beautiful thick curly hair, it is so versatile, can have it straight, curly whatever I want.  Just need some guidance with styling.  Will try mainfesting help in this department.

But I think, as we both have said, the hair is a reflection on the inner growth and I love the positive feelings that have emerged.

Well done with your MC.  I have tried many cleanses, such as MC, fasting etc and have found that I am de-mineralised.  I need to re-mineralise and then try again and hopefully be more successful.

Thanks Annette for your encouragement! I'm also grateful for you raisign the topic of re-mineralizing - whihc I've never even heard of before. Still, it makes a lot of sense so I'm going to swot up on it! :-)

How's that long hair going? Still intact? ;-)

you bet, my husband would be so upset if I cut if off.  I don't have the nerve to do it and I think deep down I don't want to.

do the beehive:

or low bun

that way, you don't have to cut off all your hair to have an elegant sleek look.

if you do though...

i have not yet had the courage to go for it, but perhaps you will?  =)  i love this look <3

good luck.
