starting a new topic/thread here today...

i'm going sort of 80/10/10 (with crude chocolate beans perhaps he-he) diet for 92 days hey...

the time is right for a new challenge-change, today 1st of March and many people begin J-Feasting on the Globe, i feel amazed about it and will parallel-challenge myself on 'Fruits and Greens on Low or No-Fats' .... organic gardening, banana lifting, it. language teaching , all jobs out there are requiring many more calories for me a the moment - a sense of lightness is filling my being already after countless days of JF last year and life...!
i feel blessed to live on 100 Raw Foods, to live organic and to be in the Center of this Life, in the Center of the Heart, in the Center of the Road when i meet other amazing souls, brothers and sister who dream the same in Life, living simpler, loving the Creator and Creation, respecting the Gift of Life and Dreaming the Dream they are meant to be...

Messages from the Universe descending...

to the Core of my Being directing...

i feel one with the Sound of the Line-Earth...

with the Sound of the Light-Wave speaking to/our Heart...

I feel one with Water, Earth, Wind, Fire...

no Doubt or Fear is able to touch me, I see...

when I am One with the Light...

I am One...

I feel and see...

ONE

thanks Jen, will posting here:

today i had a couple of small ladyfingers... 2-3 of em, then went to farmers market and got 2kg of org. Stanthorpe apples for the next days, 1 pear and 3 plums also just for taste... plus a kilo of lychees...

i love the taste and simple nature of apples lately much more again, living in this Tropical Paradise i havent eaten much of em so i was so delighted again when a couple of days ago i eat a juicy apple...

where i'm coming from they grow masses of apples, grapes and other stonefruits... organic is a growing minority yet and the fruits are exported in many countries of Europe with a special trade mark -- quality sign... the extreme temperature changes of day/night add a special flavour to the fruits...

feeling fine today... not high... not down... would say stabilized...
my body seems to ask only little amounts of fruit for the while, probably in the phase of entering/adjusting to this level of being...

im excited actually... lets see how is going...

have been eating abundance of fruits all troughout the day and big-big salads for dinner on a low-fat 811 guideline  -- feeling great in last 12 days...--

good and 'ungood' symptoms are so far:

- less emotional attachment thanks to simpler meals and shorter time to get it in, prepare and clean 
- wich translates to:-... -spending more time in fresh air, sun, nature
- better sleep and dreams during the night (unregulary altough)
- chakras are moving faster hey
-  detox symptoms coming and going with up and downs but em quite steadfast and know whats right for me.....
- sometimes my mind just goes 'crazy' (maybe the sugars? laugh) but sometimes everything is soo 'clear' and 'connected'
- more strenght and endurance during work...

this are just a few points,...

lately so many different (good and good) things happened but i have to find center more and eat more regulary - only when really hungry... will get there anyway...

currently i'm working on a banana farm a couple of days a week (in a nice valley) and getting free boxes of exquisite bananas (not organic but spray free and in conversion) for 'nothing'...

so indulging in bananas is great when i need energy but sometimes even the hard work humping, desacking or brushcutting in the farm doesnt make me 'sweat' that lunch...

my body asks me to get more juicy fruits and apples for examples are my favourite right now... when i eat mono-apple i feel so light , connected and 'clear'... working towards this sense of awareness in mind is my GOAL...

evening i eat big-big salads of greens: 1/2 lettuce, rocket, baby spinach, dandelions, other greens and tomatoes, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, with a dressing of 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 red bell pepper, heaps basil, 1/2 cup sesame seeds (i guess is still to much all the seeds on 811?? have to order the book -- ie. bring the page with details and pay per bank transfer Jennie this or next week uhuh)

since i eat more fruits and low fat without salt i feel like a goat when it comes to have dinner...  laugh
literally chunking down massive quantities of 'greens' like never before and feeling great...
will intuitevely try making succulent 811 salad recipes+dressing the more i go ahead...

what else can i say:

mmh... keeping the goals in mind is important right now...

-having a clear mind , emotional dettachment
-stay lighter and connected
-make more exercise to earn the 'food'
-maybe introduce some 'superfoods' for better digestion as Jim said...

i had some chocolate beans (have never been a cholocate junkie) and felt great btw...

so chocolate for me is not an issue, no-salt and low-fat a great discovery right now...

Persistence, Patience and Perseverance ... the 3 P... to remember...

natures foods served in natures packages are the best digestion foods. nothing beats the mono juicy fruit meal for digestive ease. half a cup of seaseme seeds for me would have me calling in a jackhammer to break up the intestinal seaseme cement! lol! fresh nuts off the ground in season digest a lot better if one is seeking nut'rition.

getting in the sweet fruit calories whilst we are working/training hard is key to being successful on this way of life. undereating fresh fruits whilst doing a workload will just put a person back on cooked food and or animal products.

we are like a train on the track..we must continue to place down new track (sufficient fresh fruits and tender shoots) or faced derailment..lol!

get the book..its the most comprehensive guide to succeeding on living foods. no other program has the success rate. ive never met a fit looking long term gourmet raw fooder that is 100% rv. pizzas and choc cakes are fun foods for the transition to full time rawness...fruits and veg must form the staples. its natures way.

a jackhammer hey?!... was feeling 'bit' heavier evenings... LOL

more seriously i counted the amount and it comes up to 4 TBSP...
did cut back to 3, but will go on 1-2 to keep lightness and help detox...right!?
what about 1 of sesame grinded, 1 of sunflower soaked...?
we have sweet, fresh Macadamias falling from the tree on the farm i work... thats great...
will order definetly the book cause this helps for inspiration and understanding the whole concept,
and keep the train on the right track, thats sure...!

day 15 and i ''keep going upwards with up and downs!...''
 
had some 'amazing dreams' last night, perceptions - all in all to me it seems to work so good and i'm in tune with my body so much, getting more there -- harmonizing, understanding better day by day...

one thing is clear -- and i wonder why its seldom mentioned by 811ers...---: the 'spiritual aspect'... as i feel the Kundalini arising easy - transforming with less need of meditation technique or whatever.... just bit of yoga and work, exercise..., little meditation - centering, thats all...

daily intake with mostly fruits like bananas, mangoes, raisins, dates, apples... some pineapples, guavas, dragonfruit and grapes here and there... bananas is great when i'm feeling hungry and i try to have always some celery in my hand to hydrate and mineralize....

the evening salad consist of large amounts of greens + wild edibles, all sorts of vegetables and some seeds (less nuts...) with yummy dressing and squezzed lime...

at the Market today i asked a 'raw 80/10/10 friend' (that knows Harley) -- how much seeds he has and reply was something like 1/4 of cup hey... so if two person are eating 'like in my case' a half a cup is alright, or 1/4 cup and half avocado also works...
i seldom have avocado lately, only max 2-3 per week and really thiny small...

i've got to run back to the farmers market right now as i left my wallet by the veggie seller,, bought some tomatoes and lebanese capsicum argh!...

this Sunday i'm joining some people playing soccer 'for fun'... i'm 1/2 italian (1/2 Universe) and grew up on soccer... lets see how im going after so many years kicking a ball!!

today as always a beautiful day...

You are doing great!

I'm making the move to 808010-type eating along with you and also haven't read the book. It just makes sense to me and feels right. Yesterday I ate a big bowl of rocket plain! This was a breakthrough to me because I usually assume I don't like it plain. Then dinner was lettuce, rocket and tomatoes with hempseed oil and this seemed very gourmet! Simplify, simplify, simplify...

You reminded me of a dream I had a few weeks ago...
I was in a beautiful place with some other people and called my partner over to see the view I had where I was standing. He completely ignored me and I realised the view was just as beautiful from where he was!

Much warmth to you on your exciting journey/adventure!

was making some mowing&gardening in a beautiful place called the 'AMAZING VIEWS' lately Jungle...
'having good view' is so important in life ; as we see things better we can proced easier and find our destination ultimately, break trough...

thanks for your beautiful words, energy and warmth here... really appreciate to walk this way parallel to you, your an amazing, gentle, giving soul... thanks...!

as for the Kundalini question Les its seems that my 'sexual energy' has less need to be mastered, directed since on 811 (speaking openly about 'i'm getting celibate')... there are different ways to use the Kundalini force and 'sex' is only one of the many options we have... for the moment i'm using this 'bonus' and feeling more kind of extasy all the time... + playing guitar, or making food , exercise, or whatever to be creative in different levels all in all... why not...

Today is Harmony Day in Byron Shire...

This means people from all different races & nationalities are gathered together in town to praise, thank, celebrate, respect all Our Differences under this 'Common Sky'...!

1/2 Universe Jen hey, aren't we all after all... :-)

fbi, I am glad you enjoyed my dream too. I had it just after (or perhaps just before) I read someone (sorry, I've forgotten who!) posting here that their friends has a theory that dreams are toxins. Mine usually would seem to fit this but I thought that this dream was just wise and beautiful.

No-Frontiers, perhaps we can start a mutual appreciation club! Happy Harmony Day. I am curious, what have you changed in your way of eating?

after having seen your pictures i'm seriously beginning to think about that...  laugh you are of very fine nature, 'gentleness and strenght' shines from the pics... blessings to you and thanks for sharing...!

yesterday evening i went for camping with tent and dog and fasted the salad dinner, it felt good...
we settled on a good spot in the forest surrounded by quietness, fresh air and... had a good night sleeping together... :-)

hes such a wonderful creature, so aware, trustful and warm... a great companion and friend... his name 'Light'...
funny enough when i shot the pic i thought about him as 'my child'... and when i had a look at your pics, i saw you Jungle, posting with your baby...! mmh... mutual appreciation club...  laugh

what have i changed in my way of eating? good question...

i had mostly smoothies of fruits+greens in the morning and light fruit later evtl.,
a big salad with seaweed and some fats (avo-olives-seeds) at lunch and again fruit or salad for dinner depending on the day...
often i was going with only 2 meals at day and then feeling fine (good digestion)...
some dehydrated snacks like linseed crackers, or sun-burgers, pizza also but more sparingly, yum but not always yum for digestion....
all in all it was good but sometimes i was inconsistent and going overtsfat so much + feeling dehydrated... so i begun to cut all oils and replacing with whole-fats like seeds or nuts or avo, having smaller amounts of dehydrated snacks, and allowed more sweet fruits than fats to enter in my diet, especially if i had to work the day after to keep me light... 'my salt addiction' took me a while to give up and i'm doing fantastic without it right now... (on salt i will come later again and express some thoughts)  laugh

i moved gradually in 811 and are moving gradually along this guide-line listening my body wisdom; right now he is asking simple for 'fruits' and i'm enjoying it... i still em amazed feeling/seeing the detox as i'm on 100 raw since more than a year + on high raw since 4, and had a 92 days of JF behind me...!? there are emotional reason ( relationship i guess) also i think i have to sort out and i'm clearing the path for 'the Light'...

today btw i had a wonderful fruit bowl of:
1 grated apple,
3 sliced bananas,
1 orange in quarts,
just enough of pineapple,
3/4 dragonfruit,
1 small mango...

very yummy and colourful,,, it felt so wonderful having this light meal after an evening on water and lime...

Was just wondering mate if you'd care to share a detailed account of your 10 day visipanna retreat experience?

What you expected initially...what you actually experienced...dealing with the strict routine...how you feel/felt after it etc...
