i was picking melons yesterday. there was some sunflowers that had turned into seed. it would take maybe an hour to get a cup of seed. possibly longer.

Wolfe in the Sunfood Diet says that for the transformation phase you have to 'go off' seeds for couple of months or so till its done... i feel very blessed having smaller amounts and it makes so sense as you describe Harley 'Mother Nature knows how much we need'

A genlte Miss in the Forum already has pointed me out to the 'amazing' low-fat recipes you have created in your site and i'm literally stunned in front of the possibilities on 811! Raw-Ravioli, Pasta and even kind of Mexican Burrito ++?! I'm already inspired so much just looking shortly at it - cant imagine what when i have more time in the next days... thanks and blessing to thy...

today evening inspired by that i made a sort of gourmet '811 mexican pasta ' with no seeds - in the afternoon i had 3 very sweet-farm fresh macadamias, lots of bananas all troughout the day, apples and some guavas:

recipe:

1+1/2 zucchini grated as 'pasta'... (i do not own spiralizer for spaghetti)

sauce of:
1 big-big tomato
3 cherry tomatoes
1/2 capsicum
1 date
bit of basil
squezzed lime

lettuce leafs, bit grated carrot and sweet corn around the plate and on again on top...  (the lettuce leaf can used as a wrap)

the zucchini are sauce-covered as you can (cant) see...
very satisfying and 'spicy' this time...

I feel strange right now sitting at a computer inside but it is a fairly chilly day out there and  I injured my foot gardening in thongs so I figure in one way, by giving my body a chance to heal I am better off inside right now! I love that little Jarrah (bub) quite often is unhappy inside and content the second he is taken out. He has much wisdom to teach.

I had a bit of 'experiments' and 'experiences' lately relating to food and to the 'physical world...', not too bad ones ... just bit of overts fats and bad combos with belly bloating yesterday but going right now - no salt hey and cooked food: its faaar from me...!!
 
my body is sensitive now and asking me for simple meals like banana smoothies with raisins and some guavas... dried figs a favourite also and salads, greens all on 811...
at the moment i could literally live on just Bananas, Guavas, Raisins, Dates here and there, Parsley, Celery, perhaps grow Barley Green for whoknows... lets see if i'm putting myself up on a new challenge for a couple of days, weeks or perhaps better begin to integrate some foods (Barley Green-more Parsley) and changing slighlty the plan as i feel.... i'm working on a Banana Farm and luckyily manifesting 'fast food' in form of boxes of bananas and guavas...!
 good things are happening in the spiritual realm on the other side...
more awareness, signs and changes and dreams are shifting my soul in 'new' directions, new Land...
this also thanks to a nice person i'm so close now and with whom i'm walking the path of Life and Light in the last months...
emotionally i feel 'full' sometimes... not of bad things - but still of 'things' LOL... and i know i have to clear the more i go ahead, and face new challenges, let go... cause thats all about Life...
growing, dying, dying, dying and then growing again, with more splendour and color... thats about life...
its a music, so inspiring music, that touches your soul... and when you listen this music you understand what people are all about... that every person around on Earth has a story you can listen to... that every person who comes across your path is part of this story... and that together we are painting a beautiful picture called Dream, Life and Love... that we are finding again the pathways to access the hidden places of this Planet and ride on our Dreams, be together like in the 'old days', with more simplicity, in a new Light and without barriers for sure...:

an idealist? perhaps... and ideals are the fuel force that can carry us across this Planet - and this without polluting the environment of this precious Earth...
