I feel like rebirthing since 2 days...
eating not much at all and having the greates revelation, awakening, possibilities...
i had 1 apple at 9am yesterday, another one at 3pm, followed by a Banana...
and 'one' Pecan' nut...
that was all and i felt so 'energized'...
lots of creative gardening i've done lately, plus resettling the house 'where i'm living'
i'm reading the Power of Now right now,
and eating 'only when seriously hungry small amounts of food on one hand'
in the 'here' stronger than ye...
and things are manifesting, coming already...
to serve and be served...
we are Energy...
Love Energy...
go up everyday and watch the Living Sunrise...
watch the Love come on Earth...

listening to a Mayan speaker recently he said: when predatory Money-system will crash... Consciousness will rise... (as they dont go well together hey) ... so all right...
with every 'problem', new challenge, dramatic change here on Earth we have alwasy an opportunity for a shift in consciousness (if we are open for it), and this means to reach new and deeper levels of understanding (insights), of inter-acting, and being...
as long we are capable to act positively to the situation we have to face... ie. make the best of it... everything is fine... + choosing to live a life aside from 'money-machine' is the best spiritual reward and gift one can make to himself...

the Legends of of Shambala (book by J.Redfield) are speaking about how important it is to anchor (is that the right word?) the connection with the Universal Energy Source of the Universe (as we are a living energy field and continuously creating what we emanate + will learn how to breath in this Energy from Universe more and more in times to come) and when in diffucult situation of danger or warning (dreams, intution, bad feeling, sick ++), first take in consideration the alarm and be aware of it and then act in the way (with wisdom, heart) following the sincronicities and keeping a 'positive attitude' that always a 'Higher Sincronicity or Co-incidence' will come in the right time to lead us out in safe zone from this Situation, so that we can move forwards on Our path... :-)
this is what has been called 'Faith' in every spiritual tradition...

i just thought i write that i'm safe because a gentle soul inside this Forums pm'ed me asking how i Am and thinking at me with Heart and motherly instinct LOL... i'm always fine btw, less up and downs and more straight... and wanted just to say thanks to you again!

in the meanwhile i'm busy with the new winter-garden, + planting Bananas on our properties and some harvesting + many other projects that will keep my mind, body, spirit well occupied... 'in safe place...'

Shambala is a mythical kingdom hidden beyond the Himalayas... theres a spiritual civilization living there but the place is not-accesible to humans who have not reached a certain level of vibration and Love... It is said that Shambala is just an example of what the World/Earth will/can be when enough people will feel and live in harmony and communicate with the Light-Forces of Nature... (similar to what you are doing and learning to do in pristine Tasmania hey??!!)

i've been eating very small, thiny amounts of food lately and feeling great on every level..., i'm healing and purifying thoughts , emotions and body...., the direction taken is one of Freedom to eat what i want (always raw), when i want , without attachment or preocupation (if 811 or not) and with not to much focusing, thinking at it..., just guided by intuition and what the day offers + staying minimal in the Quantities... + doing exercise, walking, working in the gardens and music with great energy btw...

motto is : Equanimity + Freedom = Happiness....

i had MONDAY last week : 1 apple at 9am, another one at 2-3pm with one banana... 1 pecan nut... that was all and i did lots of resetting the house for whole day...

Tuesday i had : a small salad with sunflower cheese and buckwheat cracker at midday... that was all with a couple of glasses of water... lots of gardening and planting bananas

Wednesday i had: i apple at 9 pm, fruit again at lunch (banana blend + sultanas)...

Thursday i had: a pineapple + wheatgrass + ginger juice in the late morning, a small salad with Hummus for lunch and some seaweed...

Friday: 3 bananas and 1 date for lunch.... 

Saturday: nothing till 2 pm ... then i had a Salad and bit of almond cheese...

SUnday: a hand of fruit and water at lunch...


I feel having more time for meditation and getting enough 'calories' from Prana (Universal Energy or CHI) is a great advantage right now...

i'm saving precious resources (and money) of this planet and em doing interesting reading on the subject of Living of Light and Breatharianism...

In cutting down (half the size) the meals research have shown that the life-span extendes to 30%...

since following this 'starve-diet' i'm feeling very light, relaxed, free from attachment, and stronger on both spiritual / physical level...

I'm still balancing the ''not to much extreme'' and the 'not to much food'' and playing around, seeing what result are coming out... it will take me a while to get more in tune and understand , find my way...

One rule is to dont have any food after 2, 3 pm and try to go at bed with a 'empty feeling'...
that feels fine... cause 'less is more'... and ...finally i'm there (finding the way of balance + spiritual nutrition)...!

Wow, special thanks for Shambala insight and magic picture. My stepdad was talking of plants that grow in Tibet, in valleys where very spirit-focused beings only have been, Shambala in essence. Places where only those accepting of nature go. It is like in Tasmania there is much wilderness so many places still that not many have seen. There is a plant in one of these wild places that is the only one of its species in existence.

You are a clean, crisp of fresh air, in much agreeance with John. You give much to many through wise words.
