Handful each Chia Seeds, Goji Berries and cashews
1 table spoon each of Cacao Powder and Mesquite Meal
4 Dates
frozen bananas
Water

Soak the seeds, berries and cashews for about 20 minutes. Blend until smooth. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth again.

Drink it down!

I'm well thanks!   Just really really busy with school and then fitting in too much life in in-between. 

And I have the happy knowledge that by eating well I'm able to do all this without falling down Wink
