Hey beautiful baby goddess!

I never peel beetroot (hmmm yummy) I dont know what kind of juicer you have, I just have a small juiceman junior, and that works fine....beet skin isnt tough, my juicer does the watermeon and rockmelon skins too!

Hope you feeling good today...warm thoughts of your little chickpea!

Wow, I never knew you could consume beetroot skins, I have always peeled.

I will try it with a few organic beetroot tomorrow.

I also found out you can juice zucchinis (well, of course you can...but somehow I thought they might not be very 'juicy')  I added apple, beet & carrot for some flavour...but apparently zucchini are a good source of calcium & vitamin A.

We got a whole lot of zucchini in our co-op box and I never knew what to do with them before...
