Hi all,
i made a pumpkin soup today with raw pumpkin and it made me feel sick for the whole day. I think its because of the complex starrches. Has anyone experienced this before??? Or is it just me?

Hi Karen,

Welcome to our forum! I'm sorry to hear that you had a less than positive experience. I haven't had pumpkin soup raw but I've had pumkin cookies raw and no ill feelings. maybe you could try it again and soak and drain the pumkin first?
