the buckwheat has been 'dreaming' in the water during the night as you suggested Michelle... :-)
6-8 hours to me sounds preferable, will ask the RAW CHeF directly about his 'Quick Pizza' version and post it...
as for the sprouting issue i'm with you, sprouting adds this 'lifeforce' to BW and to other foods... i sense more enzymes are present when sprouted and different chemical composition, {thats just an idea...}
btw having not so much time to make the pizza and reaallly-reaally hungry guests at home

, some soaked buckwheat begin to sprout already in the Excalibur!!, where i gave him the first 2-3 hour of dryness before proceding with the rest of preparation, ie. making the pizza!...
i did put buckwheat, tomato, celery, some carrot in the food processor and made a simply 'pizza'...
if i would have some soaked sultanas that was going to be perfect... will add maybe in tomato sauce...
no nuts , seeds or salt for the moment cause i'm enjoying it (and my guests too)...
i do not own a VAN by the way - all the cars, trucks, wagons who are wandering/wondering round thiis World are often happy to let me in for a short or longer ride... Hitchhiking (lets call it carsharing

) is a good solution if you have time, patience, trust and on your own... you can get anywhere everywhere and let the Universe decide... when BIO-FUEL or VACUUM ENERGY are more avialable i will think about though...
the recipe is very great Sheryl....! thanks for re-posting it MICHELLE, as always great and kind...
Here a short poem:
LAUGHTER & HAPPINESS IS WHAT WE NEED,
MAKING RAW-PIZZAS IS PART OF THIS CREED,
WHEN YOU SHARE THE BEST THINGS WITH PEOPLE 'ROUND,
THE UNIVERSE BLESSES YOU... AND ALL COMES IN TIME,
YOU GOT TO BELIEVE RIGHT - CAUSE THINGS ARE OK,
THE PAST HAS JUST MOVED NOW - A NEW LIFE AWAITS,
WE COME MORE TOGETHER AND LIVE LIFE AND HELP,
MESSAGES FROM OUR HEART WILL LIFT US n'THE AIR
CAUSE YOU ARE MY BROTHER AND SISTER AND FRIEND,
AND LOVE IS FOREVER - AND LOVE MEANS 'NO END'!
