This sounds fun! I'd had a respiratory ickk - the creeping crud for the past couple of weeks, that even now still is refusing to go completely away. I finally got sick of not feeling like doing anything, and threw myself into some intense workouts this week and I am loving them!
I'm doing 6 miles of powerwalking each day, 4 sets of 25 bicep curls, tricep extensions, and pec flys with 5 pound dumbells, 100 situps, a 30 minutes bellydance fitness workout, and two days ago, added 30 minutes with a 5 pound weighted squooshie ball!
Loving how I'm feeling!

I did lots of remote control arm curls while watching biggest loser  No just kidding, I did turbulence training (by Craig Ballantyne) for 45 minutes which I thought was a good effort until I read this thread! Cheers Steve.
