I've been feeling lazy and tired since the weekend and haven't been doing as much. Saturday I was running around at work for 5 hours but then I slept all afternoon. Sunday I managed to go to the gym for 45 mins, used the trdmll. Yesterday I went to the gym, did 40 mins btwn the trdmll and the bike. This morning it was too dark to cycle (need to get a light fitted) so I got up stretched, core exercises, did some push ups, yoga, leg lifts, then I danced for awhile. It was fun to do that first thing in the morning.
