Hi,

I've recently been reading up on rebounding and how great it is for the lymphatic system, detoxing etc which is why we've ordered one (well two actually as I bought the wrong one) as my wife has elevated mercury body burden.

For the rebound lovers on here - how long do you rebound each day, week etc?

And do you still do strength training as well?

Just curious, as some info I read showed fairly buff people who rebounded only doing certain moves (no weights).

Hi,

My new rebounder arrived today and I LOVE IT, perfect bounce, fairly quiet and so much fun to use - I feel like a kid again. I can see myself sticking with this for life.

Would love to hear what others do on theirs and how often they use it. And if any health benefits were experienced, other than weight loss etc.

I'm not allowed to advertise my other one for sale here, but feel free to check it out on eBay. Hoping that mention doesn't break the rules Smiley
