Got some wonderful recipes for consuming Chia seeds from MissGiggles on the other forum.

On this site months and months ago (I can't find the original post) someone posted ways to use Chia seeds in your beauty routine - face mask, hair treatment etc...

Could someone please give me the link for that post?

If not, could you please give me ideas on how to use Chia seeds in your beauty routine.

Maybe some recipes or a step-by-step guide on how to use them in face masks, hair treatments... etc...
