If you're choosing "forever" when you log in, and it's still making you log in each time it's usually caused by the cookie settings on the browser. If you're not sure if you're on Internet Explorer or Firefox look for either name in your "Help" menu. After that you can fix it by doing the following:

If you're using Internet Explorer to browse the web:

1. Open the Tools, menu and select "Internet Options..."
2. If there is one, click on the "Security" tab at the top. Click the button labeld "Default".
If you are on an earlier version of Internet explorer, this tab will not be visible and you can skip to the next step.
3. Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top. There is a slider on the left of the window.
Make sure the slider is anywhere BUT at the top
(it will say "Block all cookies" if it is, or "High/Medium/Low/Accept all Cookies" if it's OK).
4. Click on the button labled "Sites".
   a. Type raw-pleasure.com.au and click "Allow"
   b. Type www.raw-pleasure.com.au and click "Allow".
   c. Click OK.
5. Click "Apply" down the bottom of the window open. You're done!

If you're using Firefox to browse the web:

1. In the Tools menu select "Options"
2. Click the icon labled "Privacy"
3. Make sure there is a tick next to "Allow sites to set cookies" and that the drop down menu below it says "Until they expire". Finished!

Cheers

Hi everyone - basically all the password, username not recognized and being signed out issues have been traced back to cookies. Cookies (raw of course) are the little piece of data that stays on your computer to tell the forum who you are and that you want to stay logged in.

Some browsers (ie Internet Explorer) when set to higher cookie security settings cause problems with the forum by not allowing cookies to be set.. so the forum doesn't know who you are. Others like Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) seem to be easier to use. I highly recommend Firefox - it's all Piers and I use in the office now and we love it!

If you follow the settings above and still have problems either logging in, posting or staying logged in then please email us - we'll do our best to support you.

Cheers,
Sheryl
