Hi.  My wife & I are vegan and have just watched a DVD by Victoria Boutenko.  I'm sure many of you have seen it.  We are very excited by the concept and interested in learning more.  There is obviously a lot to 'digest' (sorry) on the web and we are keen to learn quickly, so thought speaking to people in the know would be best.  Are new comers welcome at the dinner?

OMG...new comers are the BEST and are why we have these parties...as well as gaining inspiration from eachother...heck you dont have even have to be raw to come...it is not all about a % of raw...it is about wanting to heal yourself and reaching your BEST with life giving foods....if you are in Adelaide, please PM me and I will send you my address...Please please come along next month...or drop in earlier to see me!

You are most welcome to ask any questions and learn/gain info from those whom have been living the high raw for years...the evenings are so informative, I am also organizing a speaker each month to do a little presentation during the course of the eveing....so great how things are moving along!

I aslo will be having an "information and events" table for everyone to leave pamphelts and books and stuff.

And...the best thing is...we have so much fun and laughter together!
