My sister and I are taking it on for moral support.  I only started raw this week and have had a few pitfalls but its 100% from the 1st of August.  I'm really looking forward to it!

I've signed up.  I've been on this path a long time now but never really stayed with it for long haul.  This is it at last!  Wow, that feels better already.....

I just signed up  yahh I've been doing my own three week challenge which has been really hard. I'd like to continue after the three weeks, thought it may be easier with some support. 100 days....eeeeeek  Undecided

A message to all members of Raw Fu

Aloha Everyone-

A BIG welcome to all of the new challengers who have joined over the past few days. We're happy you're here, and the challenge will kick off on Friday morning with a special raw food guest video!  Plus, I will be giving away a fabulous raw food cookbook on Friday to one lucky member.  So, gear up for a fun Raw Fu kick off!

If you're new, you'll want to download your 100 Day Calendar, and the 10 Day Mini Challenge Workbook that are on the front page.  http://www.raw100.ning.com They will help you plan your goals, and plan ahead for holidays, vacations, etc while you're doing your 100 Day Challenge.

Also, members, Raw Fu registration will close down Thursday night at the stroke of midnight Eastern Standard Time.  So, if you have friends you have invited, please remind them to sign up.

Once registration is closed, the forums will not be accessible to anyone who is not a Raw Fu member until the challenge is over, and we open up registration for the Holiday Mini Challenge.

So, tell 'em to shake stick, and get over to Raw Fu to register!

And if I haven't said THANK YOU to you personally for the stunning behind the scenes gift you all put together for me, let me take this time to say it again, THANK YOU!!  Did I mention, THANK YOU?  My hands may stop shaking by the time the challenge is over.

I'm so fired up! This is going to be an amazing 100 Days. The love in this community is overwhelming.  And I am here to blissfully serve.
