Simon, Harley is not that long in it actualy,

and on this forum there are people who are raw much much longer than Harley.

Personaly I never considered Harley to be a problem for his delivery method and his style.

In my view , the problem is Dr Dough Graham and his style and his concepts, Harley only sincerely believed in it.


The other problem (whic in a way was conected via Harley, but was not really his own), was teh forum policy-culture etc regarding the animals and meat.

The forum does not allow to write about meat in a positive way regardless if cooked or raw and does not allows alternative views to strict vegan religion.

However the forum at least quitely encourages the negative use of the animals issue as well as meet.

harley came into this as a holder for a lesson - by repeatijg in each post the expression as dead carcusses, KFC etc
and all rtelated literary creations of his.

He did not breake teh rules with it, he just exposed where teh forum is very wrong in my personal view.

So reading Harley for me (and I know that for some others too) was very distracting because of this, but as I said he was only exposing the proble.

The forum attitude is basicaly sticking the head in a sand on this issue, and I can compare it to the situation, when You go to shop and are paying with only 1 side of the coin, anybody ever had any luck with it - justy go and try.

Earth energy ios well past the duality error and separating teh same issue into 2 categories - good and bad, positive and negative, so the sytem based on allowing forcefully only 1 side of the energy field could not stay stable


Could You pretend that magnets have only south pole and the north pole as well,
than slice of bread has only 1 side ? (ok for those strict nongrainers)
can You pretend that raw organic Nori sheet has only 1 side (am I doing better ?)

Hey everyone...I know some of us are missing Harls posts and some of us are Happy to see the Durianrider go...the fact of the matter is...if we agree or not, Harls did break the guidelines of the RP forum numerous times and was given lots of warnings...and lots of leniency...because he is loved and seen as a powerful figure.

The decision to remove Harleys membership was not an easy one, I know the forum admin and moderators felt terrible and some...physically sick at the thought of what had to be done, because Harls is a friend. The decision was not made lightly nor with revenge or power...but with heavy heart. I know of others whom were banned after many PMs for failure to follow forum guidelines...but not as many as Harley had...Harls was the exception. I support what has been done...not because I am happy to see Harls go...in fact, I enjoyed most of his posts, he is a friend...

I have joined another raw forum so I can keep up with the Durianrider's style...he also has a youtube account with vids of his adventures...search the internet...he is still around strong, there ain't no keeping him quiet with his passion.

I prefer short, direct sentences and Harley is the only one here who can do that. Most of you can deliver the same message but with a painfully long post and in a-round-about way. I don’t have time for that, and if you look at the state of our planet, WE don’t have time for that.

Obviously, we are attracted to him, ask yourself why? Yes, he has flaws, but it his courage, determination, integrity, compassion, perseverance, service, and respect for life that allure us to read his posts. Humans, are unfortunately, too corrupted to appreciate his views.

Bananapeel: Low fat raw vegan/natural hygiene/811 conversations always have been and always will be welcome. Jennie is in regular contact with Food 'n Sport and helped out on their recent tour of Australia. RP is also the importer that brings his books into the country. At Raw Pleasure the idea is to include many different types of raw vegan (Doug Graham, Alissa Cohen, David Wolfe, Gabriel Cousins etc) side by side, so people can try them, think for themselves and choose without being locked into a the single way they've ever heard of. As 811 is still minority around the world this has actually *helped* Dr Doug.

I think everyone has had plenty of chances to have their say here, and we're just looping now, so this thread is going to be locked. Anyone looking for Harley can easily find him at the link above.
