Buy chocolate pudding fruit (aka black sapoty)
Cut in half, remove all seeds, and freeze
Blend with an equal amout of banana in a blender (high speed for really smooth texture)
Pour into bowls, and decorate with raisins, chopped nuts, cacao nibs and banana slices (your choice)
Sit outside in the dark and watch the lightening during a beautiful tropical storm
Talk about deep things and connect with the people you love

Note: This is an experience we had here a few weeks ago. Harley had JUST come to visit, and we had the most insane storm I've ever seen. We all sat outside in the dark and listened to thunder and watched the lightening, and I went and made us this little snack. It was seriously the best thing we have EVER tasted. It's a magic moment we'll never forget!
