-_-Hi Everyone, I have been Raw for 30 days now.  I found it quite hard last week to stay raw, but decided that it is because i cook normal food for 4 others. I can cook for them in the morning after my smoothie with no problems at all - but at night it is a struggle for me to not to pick anything. nope  Any way, I love eating raw, it is a very exciting way to eat - lots of flavour and i feel so much better overall.  I have noticed this week that i am very tired, I take vits and mins daily but for the past 3 weeks i have missed my exercise which i think is making me tired.  Wierd huh! shrug
I started raw to help the psoraisis that I have over my skin, and it has got worse.  I am aware that this is probably a healing thing that psoraisis can get worse, just like all disease, before it gets better when it is being managed naturally.  I some times get so frustrated by it becasue it will simply not go away but i just stick with it  battle  I have been vegan with no fats, sugar etc for about 9 months before turning raw, this is better, easier full of flavour.  So I am proud of myself for doing so well....... a lifetime ahead of me to come  i think the first 30 days would be the hardest,or does the difficulty just come and go with bigger periods of success each time?
