As much tahini as you want, as much honey to taste and carob or cocoa powder. Mix till nice chocolately paste and have alone or as a dip/spread or raw icecream topping.

With carob it tastes like chocolate peanut butter. Another way to get your protein, calcium and magnesium together is cocoa recipe.

This is for people like me who cannot stomach tahini alone but need the calcium and protein.

This sounds wonderful and yep I've tried the old tahini and not been able to handle it. Gonna try this asap!
