Hey guys,

I haven't been posting much due to certain commitments, but I am trying to take this raw fitness stuff to a new level. People in my reality are starting to take notice that this raw diet isn't just a fad!

Recently F1 had been running an online bootcamp, which I was in briefly.  Unfortunately he is currently not running one and I decided to set one up with my own ideas to keep some of us achieving our PBs in the Raw Food world.

It based on the theme of the ancient Spartan Warriors, particularly the movie '300'.

In F1's bootcamp with one week of focus and commitment I managed to double my personal best on a pull up bar.   For too long I had been working out too long, not setting targets and really just spinning wheels with the 'whatever i feel like on the day' workouts.  I feel that the simplicity of raw eating applies as equally to our fitness work outs.

So I am extending an invitation to anyone here who wants to join in the fun. 

The bootcamp is completely free, it runs online on a forum - and you fit the fun around your own commitments. All you have to do is PM (Private Message) me the following questionnaire.  Once registered we'll enforce a certain commitment, and no matter what level you are at we'll quickly lift your bar.

If you don't feel like the bootcamp is for you - you are free to leave whenever you like.  In fact this will be imposed on you if you are not commited to it!!!

For the complete novice bootcamp people, it might be worth explaining what a push up, crunch and squat is........
youtube demos would probably be informative.  And if the push up has to be a 'proper' one, or the feet in the air ones are ok, or do you mean one arm push ups. And you thought it was a really clear little questionaire Smiley
