I created something new tonight - all by myself.  Raw chocolate icing.....mmmm.  I was trying to make a sweet dipping sauce for some strawberries.  I usually eat a couple of punnets as a mono meal.

So I added some agave to mesquite - first time use - threw in some cacao powder and voila! The taste and consistency of chocolate icing.  One punnet of berries down, one to go LOL.  I love eating organic strawberries, these ones are plump with a huge green cap.

And in between eating strawberries, I just dip my dinger in the mixture like I did when I was a kid  laugh

I think I used one part cacao powder to two parts mesquite, then added enough agave to make it a sauce.

I'm so excited because I never create recipes, I just follow others LOL.

I like the sound of your smoothie too, that's definately on the cards too.

Sanghama, this is so good, I've had it as fondue with banana for brekkie 2 days in a row laugh Today I added a bit of raw tahini - love the variation. The only problem I've found with it in general is that I never make enough! lol
