I have been trying to lose weight quickly, stoopidly. As most of you know before i went raw i was given a drug by the doctor that was eating away at my bones, i lost an inch in backbone height and im borderline osteoporosis at almost 30 yrs old.
Anyway this means i have to take calcium supplements for the rest of my life. In a bid to lose weight quickly i was only eating fruit and salads for a couple of days. I did not take my supplements and i stopped drinking my green smoothies, sesame and almond milk during those days. Well now my knees have given out, one is worser then the other. Whole body is aching everytime im sleeping.
My knees mainly have to do with working out at the gym. My right knee and shin feel twisted but my leg doesnt look twisted. Everytime i sit down like i'am now it has a burning sensation. Do i need to wear knee compression bands or will that make it worser? I feel like i cant walk they hurt so much and i still want to go to the gym so im dissapointed. I hammered the sesame milk and almonds from yesterday and they feel a little better but not quite. Can someone tell me also what can help my legs and what can help my bones from stopping cracking? Desperate and feeling 90 yrs old.  Im crying so much that i have to feel old at my age. Sad

Is the burning sensation like hot water running over the area or a burn?  the feels like hot water one can be a B12 definciency, burning usually magnesium, and with your bone issues magnesium and silicon would be important.
Then there is the whole 'bad' calcium discussion, (google David wolfe calcium and there is lots of info)

Non nutritional angle - I'd recommend getting some drum healing - the vibration from the drum can get into the bone amazingly well and stimulate growth like you would not believe. It also works incredibly well on joints. And it's a bit more entertaining than wave your hands around energy healing, not that there is anything wrong with energy healing, just that the drum gives such a physical feeling you don't have to worry about if it is doing anything or not.

Thanks i dont think its a b12 issue as i get tingles and anxiety attacks when its low. But i do feel spasms in my legs which may be magnesium as soon as i ate cacao the spasming stopped. Its like im hooked on the stuff now.
